Nobu Malibu opened in October 1999 and has since recently transitioned from its original location to a new beachfront property located at 22706 Pacific Coast Highway. Views of the ocean are available from nearly every seat, with outdoor patio seating, an exterior lounge and floor to ceiling windows bordering our fourteen seat bar from the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made up to one month in advance. The Sushi Bar and Bar area offer full menu dining and are on a first come first serve basis.

Nobu Malibu is known for exquisite cuisine featuring Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature dishes such as Tiradito, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, and Black Cod Miso. We also have some Malibu favorites created by our Executive Chef, Gregorio Stephenson, including Ribeye with Truffle Butter Sauce and Crispy Maui Onions, Heirloom Tomato and Snapper New Style, as well as Kobe Beef with Crispy Shiitake Mushrooms and Sugar Snap Peas.
