Hugo’s Cellar is a romantic setting for gourmet dining, perfect for all occasions. Ladies are greeted with a long-stemmed rose and welcomed to a warm and gracious atmosphere by our attentive staff. The classic old-style Vegas menu features a table side salad included with all entrees, featuring black Angus beef, veal, duck chicken, flown-in-fresh seafood and numerous classics, all served with seasonal vegetables. Finish your meal with our table-side flambeed desserts and our crowning delights of white and dark chocolate dipped strawberries, apricot and figs. CHAR BROILED STEAKS*

  • Premium Black Angus beef that has been aged a minimum of 28 days. Char broiled to your taste and served with mushroom ragout and bordelaise (Request Without Butter)
  • Filet Mignon -Ten ounce filet, served with béarnaise sauce. (Request Without Bearnaise Sauce)
  • Filet and Shrimp Aux Poivre – Five ounce filet and jumbo shrimp in a green peppercorn sauce.

  • Rack of Lamb* – Marinated with olive oil, garlic and rosemary; roasted and served with an Indonesian style sauce
